Could be bites: The spots you describe could be many things. If they are insect bites popping them won't reduce itching. Resist the urge to pop anymore as infection could settle in to open sores. If the itching is bothersome an otc antihistamine such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec can help.
