Need more info: Sounds like an insect bite or you came into contact with something like poison ivy. Try an over the counter cortisone like ointment product. You can get a recommendation from your pharmacist. If no relief within 48 hours it would be wise to see your family physician.

Rash: If truly insect bites, 0TC Benadryl may help. But it could be reaction to food, change in detergent, poison ivy, or any one of hundreds of other irritants. If it's bothering you, see your GP for differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
