Urine test: If you have no detectable protein in the urine right now... Well then you're doing great. Lack of protein in the urine (proteinuria) would indicate you have not had a recurrence. There is always a small chance you will have a new kidney problem in the future, but if you've been 5+ years without any recurrence you are doing great.
