Yes and no: Corticosteroids do not make one more likely to be exposed to TB or to varicella virus but do increase the risk of reactivation of both.

Not really: Tb and shingles are infectious diseases. They are caused by different microorganisms. Tb is caused by bacteria; shingles by a virus.
