I had nephrotic syndrome in my child age now am 25 year old but now itself i don't have any symptoms so is there any possibility it will attack again?

Small chance: If you have normal kidney function and no detectable protein in the urine right now... Well then you're doing great. There is always a small chance you will have a new kidney problem, but if you've been over 10years without any recurrence you are doing great.
