Healthy diet: A healthy diet will help in lowering anxiety levels, as will avoiding caffeine or foods that cause sugar spikes. But ultimately, true ocd cannot be controlled by diet. It responds best to a combination of behavioral therapy plus medication. Ask your md for a referral.
