Doubt appendix: It is impossible to diagnose the cause of your abdominal pain with just the info given, but if a ct shows no evidence of appendicitis, it's usually correct. (there are rare cases of "chronic appendicitis"that is a slow, smoldering inflammation of the appendix that may not always show up on ct, but again, this is uncommon.).

Unlikely appendix: As an education for you, an appendix does not usually cause symptoms that last for days without becoming very problematic. When it gets inflamed it becomes a blocked tube and will continue to get bigger until it ruptures. Given this, a normal ct with more than a day of pain makes it unlikely the problem. That being said, the best diagnosis is a personal history and physical exam by a professional!
