Variety of options: The term neurosis has gone a bit out of fashion, and in the us this is usually classified as obsessive compulsive disorder (ocd) or obsessive compulsive personality disorder. There is no "exact" treatment, but some ssri antidepressants are effective as are a number of cognitive behavior and other psychotherapies. Some individuals require combination of medications and therapy.
