A member asked:

Can cardiac neurosis just go away by itself i mean is it self limiting?? or does it require treatment and medication??

Health related neurosis is often a subconscious coverup for some deep issue your system buries. Work with a life coach/therapist to learn stress management techniques is helpful. During the training you may uncover the underlying issue and have the help to confront and resolve it. Do the work and life can be better. Meds are seldom of any benefit.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
