Therapy and Meds: First a comprehensive mental health evaluation is suggested. After confirming the diagnosis of ocd, consider working with a psychologist and a physician "team". For psychotherapy: consider dr. Jeffrey schwartz's four step method outlined in the book "brainlock". Also consider an ssri medication.
