Fatigue, stress: The majority of the time these spasms are do to fatigue and stress.

Blepharospasm : Blepharospasm causes an uncontrollable closure of the eyelids. It can be treated with Botox injections. If not severe it is probably a simple twitch or tic related to stress, fatigue or excess caffeine or other stimulants.
