A member asked:

I have uncontrolled rapid eye movement where my eyes flutter up and down at least 10 times a day or more this happened all my life, what causes this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Flutter: Fluttering eye movements may be an oscillopsia or blepharospasm. Oscillopsia is a normal finding, often inherited-- as long as you don't find distortion in your vision, it is benign-- blepharospasm is usually benign as well and can be caused by dry eye, stress, caffeine, allergy, or fatigue.
