Ovarian cyst: It is possible that an ovarian cyst could cause the symptoms that you mention. Many other things can cause pelvic pain. The bloating and heavy feeling sounds more gastrointestinal than gynecologic in origin. See an Obgyn first and then if a cause can not be found a GI specialists can evaluate you next.
