By spasms, I assume you're referring to recurrent chest pains rather than palpitations. While your spasms are not typical for coronary artery disease,I recommend that you be examined by a physician or cardiologist who will also order an EKG. A treadmill stress test, outpatient cardiac monitoring & chest X-Ray may also be recommended for evaluation,but I doubt you have cardiac or pulmonary issues
