Need exam : Several possibilities. There may be something in the breast or armpit like a cyst or lymph node. There may be a pinched nerve in the neck or arm. Rarely this could be referred pain from the heart, lungs or rib. I would schedule a visit with a primary care doctor to evaluate or organize the evaluation of the many possibilities.
