See below: Without being able to ask you questions and examine you it's difficult to know why you are feeling your symptoms. Why were you doing so many self exams? Were you worried because you felt something unusual?. Doing frequent self exams shouldn't be harmful but may be unnecessary. If for no other reason but reassurance you should see a physician for an exam so you won't worry needlessly. Stay well.
