See a Surgeon: Most possibly you may have significant hemmoroids . Chronic blood loss is serious. You must see a surgeon to look at it, first we want to make sure it's only hemmoroids, second , if it is it should be fixed.

See a doctor: Hemorrhoids should cause bleeding but it normally is not profuse. It can still happen, though not as common. If you are having extensive bleeding definitely see your physician.
