No but . . .: We use body mass index (http://nhlbisupport.Com/bmi/) to determine normal vs overweight vs obese. Bmi <25kg/m2 is normal. 25-30 is overweight while >30 is obese. When you plug your height & weight into the calculator, your bmi is 26. In other words, you're overweight but not obese. More important than weight is body composition. Focus on nutrition & physical activity to lose fat & get healthy.
