Start: ...With cardio-pulmonary conditioning which will be your biggest initial obstacle to overcome if you have not exercised. Enlist the temporary help of a good trainer for this and then move on to all around fitness. The first few visits will likely not be comfortable physically but don't be put off. Keep at it at least for one hour three times weekly for a month...Then you'll be hooked.
