Maybe: The problem is it is probably not regulated by the fda. There may be quality control issues ie. Purity, contamination. There are probably no double blind studies with controls to gauge effectiveness.

Depends: If you believe in science. No. Most studies show no difference from placebo But if you spent a lot of money on them and you really really want them to work they just might work for you. Power of mind over reality
