Lupus: People with lupus have "proud" immune systems. Infections can be exacerbated in people with lupus because of this overactive immune reaction.

Acute bronchitis about 3 weeks ago. Decreased lung sounds 1.5 weeks ago & given inhaler. Last night I had a random cough attack that wouldn't stop w/o the inhaler and tight chest this morning. Lung sensitivity or something else? H2O & sleep helps.
