Not necessarily: You should not assume your baby will be this way. In fact, if your baby is cow's milk sensitive/allergic, breastfeeding is the best way to go as long as you avoid dairy in this case. Watch the baby for signs of allergy like vomiting, bloody and mucousy diarrhea or bad eczema.
