Multi-approach: It is hard to give just one thing that will cover all of your symptoms, as depression impacts many areas of our lives. For mood you may consider therapy &/or medication. Make sure you stay active, eat healthy, and surround yourself with supportive people. Do activities you enjoy and find pleasure in. I know finding motivation to do these things can be hard, but the outcome is often worthwhile.
