It doesn't: You most likely already had tg antibodies before the hyalinizing trabecular adenoma diagnosis is given. Many people has autoimmune thyroid disease with tg antibodies in the background. This has nothing to do with benign or malignant potential although it could cause some problems following thyroglobulin level in the future.
