Getting throbbing pain in vagina, urinary urgency and burning. tested for std and uti nobody seems to know what is causing it. i am 51 & permenopaus?

Could be: : Interstitial cystitis, an inflammatory condition of the bladder (but it usually presents earlier than age 51). Could also be an effect of loss of estrogen on the vaginal tissue - which can cause bladder problems and vaginal discomfort. Could also be vaginitis (yeast, bacterial vaginosis or other).
