Not likely: It would be an unlikely association. Vaginal burning is usually the result of infection or irritation. Sounds like you are sure there is no infection. If you are not sexually active and are not using artificial means of stimulation then focal irritation not likely. The other etiology to consider is vaginal dryness as experienced in the post menopausal state. Any hypo estrogenic state can mimic.
