Presume you mean : Sumatriptan, which is the very oldest triptan. Too much too frequently can risk heart attack or stroke, so much stay within guidelines. Immediate drowsiness or dizziness can occur, and rarely contributes to a bit more nausea, but really side effects relatively uncommon. Unlikely to cause long-term problems, as long as blood pressure normal and cardiovasc risks absent.
