I had a an mri with gadolinium, my creatinine and bum normal, but i might have had a kidney infection during the mri. could i still develop nsf?

Very unlikely: Nsf, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, is very unlikely to develop if you have normal kidney function. Only time will tell, but if you have normal kidney function, weren't in kidney failure, and don't have cirrhosis... Again very unlikely.
