Sometimes: There are some treatments, which vary depending upon the underlying cause of twenty nail dystrophy (as it can be associated with skin conditions, such as psoriasis, lichen planus among others).

Time and DermaNail: Twenty nail dystrophy is characterized by excessive ridging, with longitudinal streaks, and discoloration. The nails very slowly return to normal. It is most often seen in young people. Summers labs makes a product called dermnail nail conditioner which may help improve the appearance of your nails. Probably wise to visit a dermatologist to make sure the diagnosis is correct.
