Some separately: Best to take calcium or magnesium supplements at different time than other minerals. Taking magnesium or iron wi food helps prevent GI upset. Vit A, D, E, & K are absorbed better wi fatty foods. Vit A is better absorbed when combined wi Vit E. Vit C helps iron absorption. Taking Vit D wi dinner vs breakfast helps absorption. Avoid taking Vit D,E or K at the same time as other fat soluble vits.
