Yes: There are many different vitamins. Only some are known to be toxic- esp. Vit. A, b6, d and e. Certain minerals like iron can also be dangerous in high quantities. In most cases one has to take extremely large amounts of vitamins for a long period of time before they have harmful effects.

Yes you can: When you take liposoluble a, d, e the y don't pass in urine and remain as a build up in the body. It is not common to overdose on vitamins, but possible if taken in an supper large doses. Check with your pcp for the maximum dosage.
