Almost everyone: The best source of vitamins is our diet & taking vitamins does not substitute for a healthy diet. If you have an exceptionally healthy diet & minimal toxic exposures you may not need vitamins. But many foods lack vitamins & we are all exposed to toxins like heavy metals, pesticides, pcb's, dioxins etc. Which increase our need for vitamins, so taking vitamins (& minerals) provides extra insurance.
