Usually excellent: Often the last thing to go with intestinal disease. Sometimes chewables better tolerated. Higher doses may not be better, can cause GI upset, high dose c can cause kidney stones, diarrhea. Most people don't need megadoses, many don't need any supplement. Iron deficiency in women, vitamin d deficiency not rare, special populations may need supplementation.
