Vitamin d is needed for calcium absorption. so is calcium needed for vitamin d absorption?

No: Hi. No, calcium is not needed for vit. D absorption, but vit. D is a fat soluble vitamin, so bile is definitely helpful in vit. D absorption. So taking vit. D with a meal does help its absorption.
