This can be heart related, and require an urgent care/emergency department visit. If not allergic, aspirin, is an option at first sign of chest pain for some people, but does not replace an evaluation for acute heart disease/emergency.

If the pain can be tied to recent muscular strain & there's no cough,fever,chills,shortness of breath,sweating you can observe for gradual improvement. If it persists or worsens, proceed to the hospital emergency room for prompt evaluation.
