Yes: Lots of exercise is great if you enjoy it but purely for most health benefits, accumulating 30 mins of activity a day is sufficient. I guess it depends on your definition of fit- you can always get stronger and in better shape. Eat enough carbohydrate to fuel your exercise if you plan on exercising more to further increase you fitness but your activity is fine for general health benefits.
