See below: First of all, i don't suggest getting "fat" as it brings about many hazards. But if you are underweight and want to gain weight, do so by increasing your calorie intake. You need to consume more calories than you burn. Don't do this by eating a lot of junk food. Make sure you're getting all your essential nutrients. Also, you can gain muscle mass by weight lifting or other activities like that.
