Chest Tumor: Without more specific information about the location, size, appearance, texture, etc., it is very difficult to say what the tumor is. In general, tumors often aren't painful under pressure. If you are perhaps referring to a breast "lump, " these are often not painful. No matter what it is, she should consult her doctor and have a thorough evaluation.

Have it checked: If it is a soft fatty lump, it may just be a lipoma (fatty tumor). If it is on the outside of the chest, it is easy to evaluate and her family doctor can help with evaluation.
