Hi i read in news paper about spot reduction via ultrasound, is it safe? will it damage my internal organs or tissues etc, like radiation? thanks.

It is safe...: ...But may not be that effective. There are many products out there offering minimally invasive alternatives to surgery. Some are better than others, but as a rule, these technologies are very expensive and may not be worth it. The ultrasound used for spot reduction will not penetrate far enough to damage any organs and does not use any radiation. Limited risk, but likely limited reward.
