Stop 2 Foods/Drinks: You can lose 7 in two weeks if you stop 2 of the bad foods/drinks you might be eating, here is the list: 1. Any drink with sugar 2. Fast foods 3. Fried foods 4. Skipping meals 5. Bad breakfasts 6 bad snacks 7. Large portions these are in order, so just pick the top 2 that apply to u and make better choices, & keep up the exercising.
