Hematemesis: Throwing up blood (hematmesis) should be evaluated immediately. Whatever the underlying cause, she should be evaluated by a doctor immediately.

Throwing up: Blood is never normal, but unusual as a cancer symptom in a 14 year old. She probably needs to have her parents bring her to the doctor to report the bloody emesis, and the circumstances around the episodees.
