Fertlity: You appear to have secondary hypogonadism. Your low testosterone level deserves a pituitary MRI to rule out pituitary disease. All hypogonadism impacts fertility. Testosterone does not improve this. One can use HCG injections to stimulate sperm counts when fertility is desired.
