Do more than worry: If the prolactin is in ng/mL units, I'm better you have a prolactinoma and need to have this addressed. We accomplish little by worrying, and it sounds like you've already done well to seek medical help. Prolactinomas were killers in the old days, but now they are managed; I have two friends who have them controlled medically with little inconvenience.
