What Cycle day: Your FSH and LH levels fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle in a predictable pattern. Therefor they are tested on specific days for specific purposes. Preovulation FSH/LH levels would be hard to interpret. You could ask the treating physician to analyze them in the context of your fertility treatment. Letrozole is designed to trigger ovulation so it would alter the levels if it was working
