Low T: Your total testosterone is very low for your age. Narcotics? Obesity? Any other disease process? If not regular muscle activity will naturally boost t level with out replacement.

None: If the low testosterone level is not affecting your sexual functions then you do not need any t replacement. T replacement carries the risk of prostate cancer. Also has a dhea level been checked? If that is low some herbalist feel those supplements may be help.

Okay to take care: It is okay to take care of yourself. Thyroid replacement is a huge advance in medicine, saves lives and allows better health. The alternative to best medicine, is no therapy. No therapy is not recommended. Please do some reading on thyroid replacement and the history of goiters. Hopefully you will be more willing to go with a simple, safe, effective medical therapy that will improve your health.
