Go see her doctor.: If it has been going on for a long time why are you concerned all of a sudden? She needs to be checked by her pediatrician to know if is a problem or not. When was the last time if ever that she saw her dentist for a checkup and tooth cleaning and Fluoride treatment?

See below: The white tongue is indicative of the body being toxic, the bad breath could be from her mouth or her stomach... Pasty stool usually is indicative of digestive problems ...From what your asking i would suggest a visit to a physician for a check up and a change of diet would be good to do a food diary to see just what she is eating.

Diet, oral hygiene: She needs a diet rich in fiber, and better oral hygiene. The best way to increase fiber intake in children is by giving them prunes, mango, apples, pineapple, corn, dates, sweet potatoes and beans. Avoid white bread, rice, processed flowers, etc.
