See your doctor: I would suggest you should see your doctor to be evaluated for the cause of fever whether you are having common cold , sinusitis or a viral illness like influenza and then proper medication can be prescribed to you .Clariflu it is an over-the-counter medication which is a combination of tylenol, (acetaminophen) allergy medication and a decongestant and it is usually safe to follow the instructions on the package.
