Not normal: It this was indeed a sinus and ear infection and they gave you appropriate antibiotics/medications, you should have some relief by now. The dizziness is very likely related to your current illness. I recommend you see your primary care doctor. If you are not better after your visit w/ your doctor, you will need to see an ENT doctor.
