A mixed diet rich: In fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains; and low in saturated fats. Eat only enough to maintain a healthy weight. Do not use tobacco in any form and do not take more than one during a day, it may be better to abstain entirely. Take vaccinations as needed and exercise regularly.
