Anxiety/Stress: You may want to try some progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, sit in quiet room daily for 15 minutes without stimulation; yoga or meditation. You can find a yoga class in your area which will certainly help with the headaches, etc. Or, you can seek a therapist who can guide you with the tools that will help reduce this awful anxiety/headaches, etc.

Relax! Explore!: First, check with physician concerning headache causation. Anxiety is a vicious circle affecting body and mind. Begins with the story we tell ourselves, words we use, like "what if", "can't", "if only". "what if" fear of the future, "if only", regrets from the past, "can't" fear of the present. When any of these words become obsessive, anxiety follows.. Then physical problems, leading to anxiety.
